New Workshop Setup Version 4

by Grim on 2010/08/03

I finally have taken possession of the 2 car garage at my house. I can now start re-assembling my workshop. Its an interesting space the back of the garage has an attached aluminum shed, which makes for great space for storing finished pieces.

Prior to me moving in my landlord gave me various work benches and a nice heavy desk and a few old wooden boxes for storage. Very nice guy. Oh and an old chalkboard

Here is a picture after I rebuilt my workbench and have started moving in some of my tools.

I need to get some better lighting for when I paint, I hate painting under fluorescent light.

I am quite happy with this new space, I have designated workbenches/workspaces for:  sculpting, painting, electrical and so forth. No longer will I have to do everything on one bench, hopefully I can avoid the colossal mess I used to make.

Here was the previous mess with shop V3

Nice setup! I am envious of all the space you have there. Now get busy and mess it up already!!!!
