Here it is The Grimvisions 2009 Halloween T-shirt release. Here is the image for the front of the shirt (the watermark wont be on the shirt). The back has the Grimvisions logo from the top of my page slightly restyled. A while back I posted a poll for t-shirt sizes. Here is [...] Dolly was a piece for one of the Hauntforum.com Challenges.
She posed many design challenges for me. 1. She was made in early 2007 I hadn’t really made many full sized heads from scratch yet. 2. She was big, I’m wasn’t used to making bigger pieces. 3. And she had to be made cheaply. This is how I made her head. I carved her head from a foam mannequin head. This is a freaking mess to do and I will never do it again. I took forever to get smooth.
I then added Teeth made from sculpey, and coated her head with SOC. I am doing a limited run of Van Helsing Notebooks. Yesterday the one on my ESTY shop sold. I have since been asked to make a similar piece. I have decided to do a limited run of them. I will make 5 total. If you are interested please convo me at ETSY, [...] |
